Growing up here, I’ve spent my life on the lakes and in the woods of Itasca County as an avid hunter and fisherman. Through years of owning and operating an ice company, I developed a strong business foundation, financial insight, and a solid understanding of investment properties. I’ve also built a strong network of trusted local contacts across the buying, selling, and remodeling process, which allows me to be a valuable resource for my clients well beyond the transaction.

My knowledge of the Northwoods extends beyond primary residences and is especially helpful for second homes, lake properties, acreage, recreational land, and commercial real estate. My firsthand experience helps clients evaluate shoreline quality, land use, access, and long-term value with confidence.
